Description of Problem

When we open several pages at the same time (I think it's enough to have >=5), there is a high chance we reach the rate limit. This leads to request error and access denied message.

How reproducible

(Always/Intermittent)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have 2k systems assigned to multiple policies
2. Try to change threshold for one of these policies on Policy details page

Actual Behavior

Request fails with Token expires message and you get access denied. Me

Expected Behavior

Compliance works as expected / Instead of showing Network error: Unexpected token we need to show something like Exceeded rate limit
