How to reproduce

Login to the staging environment https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/ using MS Edge browser

Current behavior

When the user logs in, it displays the list of clusters and an error message at the bottom like "Maintenance in progress and some random texts with the next button at the bottom left of the screen".

Expected behavior

It should display the user's homepage
