Pendo guides are disabled on the landing page. Can someone check + enable them?

Regarding the error displaying when trying to launch the Visual Designer, we would recommend your Dev team to take a look at the Pendo Snippet to take a look into why the Guides are disabled for that page specifically. The Developer's guide to implementing Pendo using the install script is a great resource they can use to help look into the Snippet and how it is installed.
