Description

When there are no previously created integrations, and a new integration is created, the page does not show the freshly created integration.

Environment

Tested in production using insights-qe account.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a tab which does not contain any integrations.
2. Create a new one, for example a webhook integration.

Expected behavior

The created integration should appear in the page.

Current behavior

The page does not show the integration, and it needs to be manually refreshed to see it.
