The Stage Refresh is upon us and we'll want to make back-ups of the various accounts used by our automated tests before then. Once the refresh happens we can use the back-ups to restore the accounts.

1. Make back-ups for users defined in conf of platform_ui, rbac_frontend, and settings plugins
2. Put backups in a place accessible to other team members
