Migrate OpenShift LogSnippet to component groups

      Let's move OpenShift LogSnippet component under component groups.

      It could probably be rewritten to use PF's CodeBlock component (without actions) or something similar and a few custom styles (compatible with PF's CSS API) to give it the status/severity.
