Large RH account showing up in Pendo segment "Console.default (external only)"

      When using the segment "Console.default (external only)" I have an internal account that is showing up in the reports 

      Account ID: 1979710

      cloud_org_id (All Apps): 1979710

       

      This maps back to EBS ID: 540155 "Red Hat, Inc." which is a large RH account used by many associates. We'll want to adjust whatever filters are determining the "external only" to remove this entry
