Phase 1

• Add a new step(Step 3) in the integration wizard.
• Add a way to select product family(tabs/dropdown/etc..?) - we need a way to select a product family(openShift, rhel, console) in order to create the behavior group.
• Then allow user to select event-type they want their integration to react to(similar to step in behavior group, see attached image). 

on submit we will need to send two POST requests - one to create new integration and one to create new behavior group

This will be available for all integrations EXCEPT for emails and notification drawer.
