[SPIKE] Change all 'sources' text to 'integrations'

    • PlatEx UI Sprint 12

      The word sources needs to be changed to integrations throughout the integrations app.

      • Cloud tab - button says Add source (should it be Add integration?). Same with 'Add a cloud source' wizard - "Add a cloud integration'?
      • Red Hat tab - wizard should be 'Add Red Hat integration'
      • Multiple text changes throughout the Wizard

      *please do not change "sources administrator" role as part of this work*
