      Fresh service account returns no permissions

      Description

      The service accounts that are not added to a group with certain roles on it should not receive any permissions.

      Preconditions.

      1. Add a service account to the principals table.
      2. Send a request to the "/access" endpoint with a fake X-RH-Identity header with the contents of the just created service account.

      Desired outcome

      The "data" array containing the permissions should be empty.
