As a user I am unable to edit assigned groups in role's permission. Empty dual list is shown whenever I click on edit button.

Technical details

Looks like the modal is calling cost management API instead of inventory's one in this case. Let's make it easier to change, because we'll in the future add Notifications source in this modal as well.
