From the service accounts view, if I attempt to create  service account but use invalid characters I must cancel and start over. I cannot simply edit the field and click "Create".

Steps to reproduce:

From the "Service accounts view" (https://console.stage.redhat.com/iam/service-accounts/)

1. click "Create service account ".
2. Enter an invalid character (*_&^ , etc.) or just click outside of the field before entering anything in the "Short description" field.
3.  A red line will appear on the bottom of the field and an exclamation icon is shown. Nothing happens when "Create" is clicked. 
4. The user must click cancel (which takes them back to the Service account view) and then click "Create service account" to strt the process over again.

The user should be able to edit the field to a correct value and click "Create".  We should not make the user cancel and start all over again.
