The fields in the Service Accounts table currently are not sortable. In RHCLOUD-27014 it appears that sorting was a requirement that was overlooked. Ideally, I would like to see sorting on description at a bare minimum.

AC:

• I can sort service account lists within the main Service Accounts page and the Service Accounts modal (add SA to User Group)
• I can sort by Service Account Name, Description, Client ID, Owner or Time created    
• I can filter columns by Service Account Name, Description or Owner.
