Overview
As apart of the Q1 sales initiative for HCC/Insights on GovCloud, a hypercare support solution is being proposed as a means to support the onboarding of new customers.{}
Hypercare: The period of time immediately following a system Go Live where an elevated level of support is available to ensure the seamless adoption of a new system
The implications of support from the HCC and Insights side would mean timely responses/action from the HCC FedRAMP or associated tenant engineers in order to support sales during this time period.
Acceptance Criteria
The list of requirements to be met to consider this Epic feature-complete
- The date of all hypercare support periods has lapsed
Done Criteria
- All Acceptance Criteria are met
- All existing/affected SOPs have been updated.
- New SOPs have been written.
- Internal training has been developed and delivered.
- The feature has full, automated test suites passing in all pipelines.
- If the feature requires QE involvement, QE has signed off.
- The feature exposes metrics necessary to monitor.
- The feature has had a security review / Contract impact assessment.
- Service documentation is fully updated and complete.
- Product Manager signed off.
