Around 2023-11-22T02:14Z Compliance service started to experience issues with production envrionment [1].
A production pod has been restarted multiple (20+) times by readiness probe and has been acting irresponsive, resulting in 504 errors.

The issue was reproducible only in production.
When creating a policy in UI, systems would not load and request would time out.

We have observed an increased latency on database and a spike in consumer lag on Cyndi and decided to slow down QE tests and revert MR for RHINENG-3100 [2].
