Kafka lag metrics are not being reported correctly for the platform.sources.event-stream topic (see this grafana chart). Of the 5 groups there, only 1 of them has a value.

We (cost-mgmt) have alerts based on this metric, specifically the hccm-sources group. We missed an issue in production for a couple hours because this alert wasn't firing, and this caused quite the backlog of sources messages.
