Works in production, broken in https://console.dev.redhat.com/ environment:
that env generally uses production SSO (sso.redhat.com), but 'My profile' goes to a different SSO (where I don't have a user).

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://console.dev.redhat.com/ or https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift, logging in if needed.
2. Click top-right user menu.
3. Click "My profile".

Actual behavior

Navigates to https://www.dev.redhat.com/wapps/ugc/protected/personalInfo.html which redirects to https://sso.dev.redhat.com/ login which is a different SSO page, where I don't have a user.

Expected behavior

Similar to production — show a page where I can see & edit details and preferences for the account I'm already logged in.
I guess it could reuse same page production uses: https://www.redhat.com/wapps/ugc/protected/personalInfo.html
