Technical details

We should utilize data driven forms to create this 3 step wizard.

When adding new integration the available types should be: Micosoft Teams, Google chat, Slack.

Details for Google chat and Microsoft teams should have:

• Integration name (required)
• Endpoint URL (required)

Details for Slack should have:

• Integration name (required)
• Workspace URL (required)
• Channel (required)

For the review step, just read only values of previously specified values is enough.
