Description

As a user navigating to any subscriptions application within insights or openshift I should be redirected to subs bundle

Technical details

We need to remove `/subscriptions` from prod environment and add these redirects

• when user navigates to `/openshift/subscriptions` redirect them to `/subscriptions/usage`
• when user navigates to `/application-services/subscriptions` redirect them to `/subscriptions/usage`
• when user navigates to `/business-services/hybrid-committed-spend` redirect them to `/subscriptions/hybrid-committed-spend`
• when user navigates to `/insights/subscriptions` redirect them to `/subscriptions/usage`
• when user navigates to `/insights/subscriptions/inventory` redirect them to `/subscriptions/inventory`
• when user navigates to `/insights/subscriptions/manifests` redirect them to `/subscriptions/manifests`
