Description

As a developer I should see cypress config whenever I open a new PR in RBAC UI application.

Technical details

Chrome UI application has already implemented cypress testing. We have to mirror what is done in chrome and put it into RBAC UI application repository.

This includes:

• Update package.json with cypress scripts and install cypress as dev dependency
• update pr_check.sh to include cypress image https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-chrome/blob/master/pr_check.sh#L18-L26
• Add cypress config https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-chrome/blob/master/cypress.config.ts
• Copy what's needed from cypress folder https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-chrome/tree/master/cypress
