Quickstart Drawer is not useable in Modals (Especially Modal Wizards)

      I am not sure or not if Quickstart's opening with a splitter is new or not. Either way, I love it.

      Bug Description:

      Quickstarts are unusable when a modal is active. It is especially an issue for multi-step modals (wizards), as you cannot follow the guide while the modal is active.

      Expected

      The Modal focus area should only disable the primary part of the screen and leave the Quickstart editable.
