There are sometimes resources that hang when the ENO deletes a namespace and this causes the namespace to remain in "Terminating" state.

Recently we see this occurring a lot with certain xjoin resource types.

We could define a certain timeout, and once this timeout is exceeded remove finalizers from k8s resources remaining the namespace. We may only want to do this for custom resource types, we can discuss the desired approach.
