There has been work on creating a common format for the Cloud Events that are sent across the platform. That work has resulted in the following schema repository: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/event-schemas

The new schemas define an organized and standardized way of sending events. However, we still need to make applications to adopt the new schemas.

The goal of this epic is to keep track of the work that needs to be done for this overhaul.

After the Brno onsite, the team discussed and decided to use the Cloud Event headers method instead of forcing all applications to have to update the payloads they send to Notifications.
