[service-accounts] prod preview openshift redirect

      Description

      As a customer I should be able to see service accounts when navigating to /preview/iam/service-accounts.

      Technical details

      This application is managed by openshift cluster and is released to prod cluster so we'll need an Akamai redirect for `/apps/service-accounts` and `/beta/apps/service-accounts` to point to prod cluster on prod Akamai instance so users can access it.
