Bonfire should support an attribute to handle T-shirt sizes for namespace allocation. These will be used to (but will not be limited to):
- Perform a sized ephemeral namespace reservation
- Check if the resulting processed templates will "have enough resources" within the target T-shirt size
- Enforce a sensible default (S size) on default namespace reservations
