Remove inherited "permission": "inventory:*:read"

Read access by default would still exist due to: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rbac-config/blob/master/configs/prod/roles/inventory.json#L28C26-L28C47

Before running the migration please set up a db snapshot so we can track changes to modified roles.
