Today we had problems with learning-resources in stage stable and preview. Working with both at the same time, and with multiple people, means I lost some of what happened. Learning Resources in stage-preview was broken, but is working as of opening this ticket. I don't exactly know what fixed it. We had a bunch of people trying stuff.

Learning Resources in stage-stable is still broken. bholifie made some changes and pushed some changes out. However, it is still broken. Everything looks OK, serving out, correct Caddyfile, etc. The only thing I see is that the app is serving out the new fed-mods.json format. I don't know if chrome has to be updated in stage-stable to understand it? I see tons of json parse error in the logs.
