Prod redirect for Repositories and RHC

      I'd like to request a few redirects on Prod for both preview and stable:

      RHC from /settings/connector to /insights/connector

      Activation Keys from /settings/connector/activation-keys to /insights/connector/activation-keys

      Repositories from /settings/content to /insights/content

      Redirects should be created for indefinite time

       

      Best would be if the redirects would be created together with the merge of this PR
