- Creation of an "Audit Log" secondary item in the User Access sub-navigation.

- Description:
- The user access audit log tracks admin actions, such as adding/removing users from groups, adding/removing roles from groups, creating/editing/deleting roles, or creating/editing/deleting groups. Logs can be filtered by date range, requester, resource or action.
