Form the service's working group to go through all the phases with the SEA – Standards and Practices team liaison (SnP). SnP liaison is responsible for setting up the recurring working group meetings between the required people from SEA and the service group. This group is responsible for accomplishing or delegating the tasks within the Hybrid SRE epic.
