The deliverable here is a document that tells people how to rightsize pod CPU / RAM as well as right sizing instance type and storage for DBs.  We should have people look at this doc when onboarding / creating a new app.

Other options: Work with the Performance team to document some of the right-sizing and use auto-scaling (or document auto-scaling) as an alternative to teams having to manually configure or scale horizontally. Static grouping for Kafka will assist with the scaling.
