present on on both environments - prod and stage

in User access -> Groups - > group details https://console.stage.redhat.com/preview/iam/user-access/groups/detail I want to add role to custom group but i see this message (in attachment)
1. first i created new group with role and member
2. i removed role - group is empty - and i am able to click on button Add role
3. if i refresh page button "Add role" no longer clickable

same issue when i create new empty group without any roles - when i visit first time new group - after refresh it is disabled.
