Direct OpenShift service searches to the OpenShift 'Create cluster' page

      Several of the OpenShift managed services could be better surfaced in console. We were hoping to have the following search terms (sub bullets) link to the cluster create page, where the OpenShift services (primary bullets) are best surfaced today. 

        • ROSA, AWS, OpenShift on AWS
        • OSD, Dedicated, GCP, AWS, OpenShift on AWS, OpenShift on GCP
        • ARO, Azure, OpenShift on Azure
        • ROKS (not sure if this is external), IBM Cloud, OpenShift on IBM Cloud
