The internal/private export service API is only reachable in-cluster and will require a minimal service to be spun-up in order to communicate with the API during testing.

For the purpose of testing, this service would need to listen for a kafka message and respond to it via the `/error` or `/upload` endpoint of the internal API. [example requests](https://github.com/RedHatInsights/export-service-go/blob/main/Makefile#L91-L95)
