I noticed that https://console.stage.redhat.com/preview/allservices and https://console.redhat.com/preview/allservices both show a sub-nav (with hamburger, breadcrumb, and favoriting), but we should not have a sub-nav on this page. The All Services page doesn't need to be favoritable (so we don't need the star), there is no left nav (so we don't need a hamburger), and there is no real parent/child page relationship (so it doesn't need a breadcrumb).
