Re-enable the scheduled job on OpenShift to push data to AWS that was suspended in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHCLOUD-23738 since it was not being used at the time.  We've heard back from the team that they are ready to consume this data again.

The FLOORIST_SUSPEND env var can be set to true in app-interface to enable the jobs. See https://github.com/RedHatInsights/notifications-backend/blob/master/.rhcicd/clowdapp-backend.yaml for more details about the job.
