For Stonesoup setup for summit, there is a new profile level that needs to be allowed for cloud-services client. We will let you know the name of the client and which page it should be activated for when we have that information.

The purpose of this profile level is to require a user, if they have not already, to acknowledge the Individual Developer Subscription Terms. This would be triggered by an auth code flow invoked by RHTAP.
