[QE]: Update automation for Beta / Preview toggle toast updates

      When I am in console.redhat.com and I click preview toggle on

       

      toast says - 

      Info alert:You're now using the preview release.

       

      toast should say - Preview has been enabled, learn more here - https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/hybridcloud-console/lifecycle

       

      When I am in console.redhat.com/preview or console.redhat.com/beta and I toggle OFF.

       

      Toast says

      Info alert:You're no longer using the beta release.

       

      Toast should say

       

      You have disabled Preview.
