It is unclear based on requirements whether or not this is a bug, but it may be undesirable. When a "thin profile" user is logged in the account number shows as '1'. I'm guessing that this account number is a placeholder value, but would it be appropriate to display something a little more obvious? Also, hypothetically speaking if this user were seeking support and provided the account number 1, that could potentially lead to confusion.
