we need to cut a release to prod for uhc-auth-proxy which contains the changes here: https://github.com/RedHatInsights/uhc-auth-proxy/compare/72e8..master

1. merge this app interface mr: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/service/app-interface/-/merge_requests/59674#649b765c98dc54589e0cabdc0b6fbb19a48f7a06 this contains necessary changes for cloudwatch logging to work in stage/prod. app needs this to be able to start successfully
2. deploy to stage
3. run regression/iqe in stage, confirm things look good etc
4. coordinate release to prod

some folks are waiting on these changes so coordinate stuff here
