• New: Add name and email address to identify call

As part of the digital engagement work (Event Data Architecture Milestone 2), we want to leverage a common tool (exploring intercom), for our Product Teams to perform digital engagement both with our users as well as internal to Red Hat.

This request is to send name & email address as part of the events to Segment, so that digital engagement can occur.

This work is dependent on us completing a PIA (ticket information is being captured here https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1fBFpCDAZtB5KjdcG66MQL2tCpGHl6yLV9eeco-uQN3M/edit#slide=id.g208ef51e386_1_14)
