The issue is occurring intermittently.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Access https://console.redhat.com/application-services/streams
• Select "Services" from navigation bar
• Select Streams for Apache Kafka
• Select Overview or Kafka Instances
• Observe the spinning icon in the UI:

Over the weekend a couple of our production started failing on this spinner as well. Both Firefox and Chromium. The UI starts displaying the spinner right when you access Application and Data Services and stays there when navigation to Managed Kafka UI.

You can use playwright-trace-spinner-prod.zip and upload it to https://trace.playwright.dev/ where you will see all the steps with both browser console and network logs. The interesting bits are the following errors that are also present in every other build for both prod and stage when we see the spinner keep spinning.

• Click on `Application and Data Services` in the left nav menu
  
• Even 3 minutes later we see the menu still loading
  
• After a while menu gets loaded and navigate to managed Kafka while still seeing the spinner
• Test times out
