In sources wizard, there are two options to create a source: manual configuration and account authorization.
we (Provisioning) would like to add steps to collect all the information needed in order to create a source. (like cost management and RHEL management have)
we followed this document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WCO9XmVStOW1a3Hp5YSk6N8wo8gaythjfBYP57hPsto/edit# and added the commands on pages 4-6.
