Button "Open Support Case" is disabled improperly

      on  https://console.stage.redhat.com/application-services/overview page button "Open Support Case" can be disabled based on entitlements.

      on main page this button is enabled. (correct)

       

      Issue:

      When user goes from https://console.stage.redhat.com/application-services/overview and then to main page - button is still disabled (incorrect).
