Advisor is still getting notifications that emails are failing for 2 particular users. We had another ticket open last year for 11 users and that was mostly resolved however 2 users are still triggering notifications. We don't have anything specific in our logs other than we are getting a 500 error when attempting to send emails to these users. I was hoping someone could investigate.
