Review the scope of work in the cloned Hybrid SRE Jira template, and refine as needed to ensure that the scope accomplishes requirements to achieve Hybrid SRE status. Create new Subtasks and Spikes as needed. Close anything already complete and update Jira with the status and relevant docs that demonstrate completion.

You can also prioritize any of the work items from phases 0-3 in any order. Only phase 4 must wait for the previous phases to complete.
