How are we getting confidence in staging?

• What empirical data exists?
• Introduction to OSD-e2e (if your team doesn't know about this and the best practices found here ask SEA's Standards and Practices Liason to set up an introduction to OSDe2e for your team)
• SLI/SLOs around the service upgrade and deployment success.
• * A software deployment completes in X amount of time
• *An upgrade of the service is not service impacting (No downtime)
• * etc.

Definition of Done:
Either via automation, many process, or a mix of both engineering is able to release to production for either bug fix updates or new versions.
The team is measuring the success of the deployments and has testing data and SLO metrics around the availability of the service through deployments.
