Now that the FE operator is out there, we should be clear to proceed with implementing check_pr.sh to run critical regression tests as part of each PR.

As an example, here is the

Expected outcomes:

1. Add pr_check.sh to each repository where critical UI regression tests are needed.
2. Confirm that the pr checks pass consistently/predictably before merging the change. We don't want tests "crying wolf" on the regular; they need to be stable.
3. If any critical UI tests fail, it should block the PR from being merged until the tests pass.
