Not able to add member to the group - present on stage-beta

Steps to reproduce:
1. navigate to https://console.stage.redhat.com/beta/iam/user-access/groups
2. create group
3. add member

Expected results:
3. able to add member
Actual results
3. ** doesn't see check boxes - not able to add member to group
