Purpose (the why): 

• Supports customers engaging with Red Hat for trials and Red Hat product purchases from Hyperscalers.  (Aligns with work happening within IT)

Prerequisite/dependencies: 

• Dependent services need to pass org_id as part of Kafka messages and API headers. The org_id property is added to the API header generated by 3Scale, in most cases, no additional changes are required.

• All customer data and record is tagged with org_id as the primary key for data separation/tenancy.
